[0000] Blenders and stand-alone mixers have come a long way since Stephen J. Poplawski and the Stevens Electric Company in 1919 and its contract with the Arnold Electric Company and their patents in the 1920’s. In the 1930’s, L. Hamilton, Chester Beach, and Fred Osirus produced Poplawski’s invention under the brand name Hamilton Beach Company; and in 1946 John Oster, bought the Stevens Electric Co. and designed its own blender, which Oster commercialized under the trademark Osterizer. Oster was bought out by Sunbeam Products in 1960 which released various types of appliances, Waring Products was sold to Dynamics Corporation of America in 1957 and was acquired by Conair in 1998. Yet to date, there hasn’t been a truly “hands-free” device for adding ingredients to a stand-alone mixer-bowl while the mixer-bowl is turning.
[0000] This invention, The Easy Pour Mixer Scoop (also referred to as “EPMS”), was designed to make adding dry and/or liquid ingredients to stand alone mixer-bowls, easier and 100% hands-free while the mixer-bowl is turning. The Easy Pour Mixer Scoop comes with 1-Scoop that can be used in one of two ways: 1.) By attaching the Scoop to its adjustable strap, then placing its adjustable strap over the stand mixer housing, and aligning the Scoop into the top edge of the stand mixer-bowl; or 2.) By attaching the Scoop to its adjustable Stand, then sliding the Scoop and stand up to the front or either side of the stand mixer-bowl, and aligning the Scoop into the top edge of the stand mixer-bowl. Both options, the adjustable strap and scoop, or the adjustable stand and scoop are 100% “hands-free” while the stand mixer-bowl is turning / rotating.

Whereas, the “hands-free” Easy Pour Mixer Scoop allows the user to add dry and/or liquid ingredients to the stand mixer-bowl while the mixer-bowl is turning / rotating.
